True Faces Modeling Agency specializes in the representation of models for high-end commercial, runway and editorials. Our services include:

• Model representation and management.

• Booking models for assignments.

• Providing coaching and guidance for models.

3. Registration and Account

To utilize certain services, Users may need to register and create an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• Maintain the security of your password and account.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Model Representation

By engaging with our agency, models agree to:

• Submit accurate and truthful information regarding their experience and availability.

• Attend scheduled castings and assignments punctually.

• Maintain a professional demeanour and uphold the agency's reputation.

5. Liability

• The Agency is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

• Users agree to indemnify and hold the Agency harmless from any claims or damages resulting from their use of our services.

6. Termination

• Either party may terminate the relationship by providing 30 days' written notice.

• The Agency may terminate the relationship immediately for breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Confidentiality

Users agree to keep confidential all proprietary information received from the Agency and not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.

8. Amendments

The Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after modifications will constitute acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
